Turning the lights back on

APS Outage Website

 

APS's outage page on their website was outdated and didn't match current brand standards. I undertook the initiative to update the page to ensure APS customers had the resources they needed in the event of an outage. A major part of this update was the creation of a new video detailing how APS "turns the lights back on." I researched what other utilities were communicating to their customers and interviewed APS employees who were critical to the power restoration process.
